Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. That is why you have the option to cancel your order within a short time frame.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours after placing the order.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can still stop the order.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has already been dispatched, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. In this case, after receiving the goods, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and return the order in accordance with our Return Policy.

Refund

If a cancellation has been successfully processed, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount via the original payment method used.
